Buddha Backflow Incense Burner

This lovely little bronze coloured  Buddha backflow incense burner will make a great addition to any home.

Cast in resin, it is in the shape of a buddha’s head.  He is wearing a ceremonial headdress and has his eyes closed as if in prayer.

The burner is designed to take backflow incense cones. Standard incense cones will not create the backflow effect. The cone sits in the top of the burner in a small dish. The dish and the single cone which is supplied both have a hole in them.  When the cone is lit the smoke from the cone cascades downwards in a mesmerising waterfall effect and the smoke drifts out of the ears of the buddha.

Please note that it is normal for backflow cones to take up to 10 minutes to create a smoking or mist effect when used with a backflow burner, it is also normal for a light oily residue to appear on the oil burner. For this reason it is recommend to protect any furniture it is placed upon suitably, a small protective pad is supplied with the burner to do this.

For best effects burn indoors in an area away from any sudden air movements.
